- Hidden Hollow Landfill Closure, Boise, Idaho. Project Manager for 45 acre landfill closure which included approximately 500,00 cy of cover soil, a gas extraction system, irrigation system, road construction, storm water drainage and retention system, telemetry controls and a gas flare system. $7 M
- Program Director Microelectronics / Semiconductor Business Sector. Responsible for program management for construction and engineering services in the microelectronics / semiconductor market sector.
- Micron Technology, Mask Shop, Boise, Idaho. Site Manager for a 100,000-square-foot facility with 15,000 square feet of Class 1 clean room. Responsible for project reviews with the project manager, client interface, human resources support, billing reviews and approvals, and corporate support. $36 M.
- IBM CM Services, Various Sites, United States. Program Director for CM services at IBM's manufacturing and development sites. Responsible for business development and overall project over site.
- Northwest Gas Pipeline. Construction Manager for four compressor stations at remote sites in southwestern Idaho. Provided overall planning and oversight, client interface, change order management, budget control, schedule oversight, progress reviews, union interface, quality control reviews, and project close out coordination. $7 M.
- Oxy Oil, Processing Station, Ecuador. Construction Manager responsible for site coordination and productivity on remote petroleum processing facility. Developed claims response and negotiated claims that the contractor submitted against the owner. $75 M.
- Oxy Oil, Distribution Facilities, Venezuela. Construction Manager responsible for overall project planning and coordination, human resources support, scheduling, budget control and project documentation. $150 M.
- Milner Dam Powerhouse Piping. Project Manager during construction. Provided design coordination, estimating, scheduling, cost control, project supervision and client interface. $20 M
